COMMUNITY PARASITE CLEANSE

Open. Clear. Rebuild.

A six-week guided community cleanse that prepares your body before it targets anything — then gives it a full week to recover before calling it done.

🇨🇷 Costa Rica: Oct 18  ·  🇺🇸 US & Canada: Oct 20 & Nov 1  ·  🌎 Costa Rica, US & Canada: Nov 15, 2026

The Three Phases

Every week belongs to one of three movements.

1
Weeks 1–2

Prepare

Before any parasite-focused herb enters the picture, we spend two weeks getting your body's exit routes working — supported by three dedicated teas (Bowel Movement Stimulator, Liver Assist, and Kidney & Bladder Support) alongside fiber and hydration support. Skipping this step is where a lot of cleanses go wrong — you can't clear what your body doesn't yet have a working path to move out.

2
Weeks 3–5

Clear

Three different herbal phases, one per week, each bringing a different botanical action: Papaya Leaf, then Hombre Grande, then a Clove + Black Walnut + Wormwood combination. Rotating rather than relying on one herb for five weeks straight.

3
Week 6

Rebuild

A full week dedicated to repairing the intestinal lining and reintroducing beneficial bacteria, using Intestinal Healer — Stage 1 and a daily liquid probiotic. Most cleanses stop the moment the "clearing" ends. This one doesn't.

Why Six Weeks — and Why This Order?

Most parasite cleanses are a single herb, taken for a week or two, with nothing done to prepare the body beforehand and nothing done to repair it afterward. The getLIGHT sequence works differently:

That's the difference between taking an herb and going through a structured process: Open → Clear → Rebuild.

Why Fall?

This cohort begins as the season turns — summer's pace slowing into fall. Traditionally, this shift has been seen as a natural point to cleanse: a season of rest and lighter eating following months of travel, socializing, and indulgence. As your body naturally starts to slow down, it becomes more receptive to the kind of internal reset this program is built around.

Flush SupportFermented Green Coffee
Grown at 4,500 feet on our own land at Dharma Vida — high-altitude, organically fertilized Caturra and Catuai coffee, with no synthetic inputs. Hand-picked at peak ripeness and fermented for 3–5 days before drying, which is what makes it "fermented green coffee" — left unroasted and used specifically for flushes, not as a beverage.
Binder RotationActivated Charcoal (Coconut Shell)
A binder made from activated coconut-shell charcoal, used to help bind and carry out waste material during digestion. Alternated with Diatomaceous Earth according to your weekly binder schedule — always taken away from meals, medications, and other supplements as directed, since binders can interfere with absorption.
Binder RotationDiatomaceous Earth
Food-grade diatomaceous earth, a fossilized-algae mineral used as the alternate binder in your rotation. Like activated charcoal, it's taken away from meals and other supplements, following your weekly schedule.
Individual ProtocolsMagnesium Citrate
Included in some individual protocols to support regularity and relaxation. Not every kit includes the same amount — if your protocol calls for more than what's provided, additional magnesium citrate is easy to find at any pharmacy or health store.
Week 3Papaya Leaf Tea
Papaya Leaves
Week 4Hombre Grande (Quassia amara)
A single bitter botanical, traditionally used for digestive stimulation and antiparasitic support.

Common Questions

I've never done a cleanse before — will this be too much for me?
No — the program is built so you start with preparation, not the strongest phase. Weeks 1–2 focus entirely on digestion, hydration, and elimination support before any targeted herb is introduced. If you have health concerns or take medication, reach out to our team before you begin.
How is this different from other parasite cleanses?
Most cleanses use one herb, once. This program prepares your elimination pathways first, rotates three different herbal phases, and finishes with a dedicated week of intestinal repair — a complete process rather than a single product used in isolation.
What do I eat during the cleanse?
Simple, plant-based, nourishing meals — think kitchari, soups, broths, and vegetables — with reduced sugar, dairy, and processed foods. You'll receive a full food guide and recipes once you enroll.
Can I take my medications during the cleanse?
Some binders and herbs can interfere with medication absorption. Please check with your doctor and our team before starting if you take prescription medication or manage a health condition.
Can I do this with a partner or friend?
Yes — many participants go through the cleanse alongside a partner, friend, or family member. Each person follows their own individual instructions, and the community group is built to support doing this together.
What happens after the six weeks?
Week 6 already includes Intestinal Healer — Stage 1 to begin gut repair. For anyone who wants to go further, an optional 28-Day Microbiome Regeneration Program is available as a next step — it's not required to complete what you started here.
Is this safe for everyone?
Not at every time, for every person. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, managing a chronic condition, take medication regularly, or have a history of eating disorders or GI conditions, please talk to your doctor and our team before joining. See the full safety notes below.
