Your ovaries communicate directly with your gut bacteria. Hormonal imbalances, painful periods, and fertility challenges often have roots in the microbiome — and a well-timed cleanse creates the conditions for your reproductive system to recalibrate. Elena brings together herbal medicine, functional nutrition, and a deep respect for the body's innate intelligence.
Elena Valverde is a herbalist and nutrition coach specializing in women's hormonal health and the gut-hormone connection. Working with plant medicine and personalized nutrition, she guides women to understand and support their cycles, fertility, and long-term hormonal wellbeing.
Discover how frequency medicine targets pathogens in your body. Learn how bioresonance and Rife-inspired frequencies immobilize pathogens, support detoxification, and restore balance without invasive methods.
Irina works in frequency-based wellness and Human Design guidance for chronic illness, energy, and life purpose. She builds her own bioresonance devices, combining the work of Tesla, Dr. Rife, and Dr. Clark.
